请教能人, cost of elevator

i know there are lots of nice RE guru here. may you take a look at my Q?

does anyone know how much to install an elevator in a 4 story building? i guess it'd be around $28,000???, but i don't even know if my guess is in the ballpark _:o

i am creating a budget, and i did not even think of cost of elevator before the other party asked today. could anyone give me a hint?
