请问关于tenant要用租房地址做business地址

他在registering business。他说City要有地址在这个city才可register. 我们准备在他的申请表上签名。但怕有liability 。所以想加个 authorization letter把liability 免除掉。

This permission is granted only for this registration procedure. This permission is effective only if the tenant has all necessary insurance for business liability.We assume neither responsibility nor liability for the business.
