in 假如昨天's case, if u can find an experienced lawyer, yes, u may recover part of the lose from 物业管理公司. the issue is when u use a lawyer, u bring in one more dimension of complication and if the amt u can receover is equal or < the amt u pay to the lawyer, it is not worth it. Tenant screening is the key. Recover financial lose from eviciton is very hard. almost impossible. do better next time.
