ago, the tenant moved in. Now I am the 3rd owner/landloerd.  No professional comes to make estimate, But I asked the police who said the loss (if replacement) could be at $5,000-6,000.
The tenant might say the security of the house is bad, I am taking pictures of the garage door to show the door/lock works, when the residents lock the door correctly.
I will pay the damaged interior door (material and labor). It seems not too much as you kaled. Thank you.
