In that case they would know the bidder by Dec 6. Ask them on Dec 7, they won't tell you the info, they may tell you whether there's bidder, or how many. They may not, I don't know. 

I knew there was no bidder before court hearing (they would supposed to contact the attorney), but one bidder jumped out from nowhere on court date. 

So nothing is for sure till fat lady sings.
