paint 1600 sqf house interior. redo bath (retile shower and floor), prepare and  sand finish 600(?) sqf, install 350 laminate floor, paint kitchen cabinets, replace kitchen counter sink and faucet .. some other jobs I am not sure.

Labor 4100 or lower? I had chinese before for way more than that. Quality was good.
