what can I do if the seller agent intentionally block the transa

I have a short sale going on about 7 months, finally the bank approved the short sale and
I started the loan application. But the seller agent somehow is not motivated to move forward,
not respond to our agent and loan processor's phone call and emails. The contract and short sale approval
is about to expire and we stuck in the loan processing.

What can we do?
