when owner started asking them to do work at lower rate when they are stuck, before they start (see post above, if I am not wrong), they should at least called borig.

there is a commom misunderstanding - I do extra work, I should get extra pay, and they will pay me. no. that's not the case, if not previously agreed, they don't have to pay you.

hard lesson to learn.
