there is a supply line back in the wood, there is a transformer on a pole to get the voltage down to 120 for houses connected. That's not what I would worry about. I would say to avoid electric tower nearby,(which probably goes to 200kv), say at least 1000ft, to avoid the negative impact on the value of property.
