Anyone buying "high deductible" health insurance plan will qualify contributing HSA. If balance is over $1,000, you even can use the $$ to do investment such as buying stocks/mutual funds.

If your company doesn't provide HSA (very unlikely if your company offers "high deductible" health plan) or you are self-employed and have "high deductible health plan, send me QQH.
