请教：怎么才能把我家斜对面还没上市可能会forceclose的房子买下？

我们斜对面三年前住这一家白人， 后来就不见了，有两年好像没人住似得， 但也从来也没有见插牌卖过。


今天在zilllow无意发现一个月以前被lender买了， 是这么写的：The lender has taken ownership of this property through a foreclosure auction for the amount of $****. The lender may list it for sale as a foreclosure property in the future.

由于房子还没有上市， 看到潭里关于agent的讨论， 真的希望能找的合适的agent把这个房子买下。
