09年之后,把大部分股市里面的钱抽了出来,再加上自住房的HELOC,在伪湾区买了一堆便宜的condo 和便宜的SFH,刚才按X潇潇的算法,统计了一下,以下是俺的产出:
Amount invested: 830K
Current Rental Income: 10K/Month (After property tax, HOA dues, and insurances)
Net ROI: 10K*12/830K =14.5%
Estimated Value of these properties now: 1350K
Appreciation: (1350K-850K)/850K= 63%
