One correction, Mary served United Way: President of  a Chapter, Chair of some national committee... where IBM CEO was also there. So she didn't work for IBM, she had connections yes.
She is a great woman. IMHO that's the difference between Bill and Steve, who is the ONLY success climbed all his way up from the bottom.
