After close, SunTrust may immediately sell your loan to another bank, like Countrywide or Wells Fargo. If that's the case, you will have zero worry because the new bank will not care anymore. Even if that's the case, most bank are too busy at handling loans they will not check on you. They really don't have the man power to check on you. As long as you keep paying them, they are happy ever after. But you don't want to tell people about this, just in case nobody will write a letter to alert the bank about this.
