Question about the Mortgage Insurance?
If we buy a house with 10% downpay and 90% loan from the lender, we need to pay the Mortgage Insurance:
how much we need to pay for Mortgage Insurance per month if $250K loan?
When and How can we waive the Mortgage Insurance?
