出手晚了一天，一万美元泡汤了

看到一个foreclosed的2BR1BA 公寓。要价$199900。 同社区最近同样公寓卖$245000。 我没有realtor, 还可以减价$6000, 够closing cost.大概一万美元可以翻新。去掉卖房的commission, carrying cost, tax, etc, and sell at a much lower price ($230K), I could make at least $10K.

Hesitated a little. When I made up my mind to sign the contract, it was already under contract.

Sigh!
