Collection comp is not very useful, the best one is

yourself. You are the best protector of your own money. Collector company will simply send the tenant some letters. They don't go deep to the small claim court, garnishment and etc. My suggestion is doing it yourself, then you will become the best collection agent for yourself. Good luck.
