RE let you start with lot of capital with much lower interest rate that Margin Rate on you trading acct

Stock could easily returned higher, but 20% of 1000 is 200, 10% of 5000 is 500.

Also, lot os tax advantage in RE comparing to stock.

Despite all these, "Diversification" is key to all of us, as I learned in a painful way in the bubble 2000.
