Back in 2009-2010,

I was feeling pretty good. Got a plan: more space, more equipment, more people...
I thought about all kinds of options as well. Because of my nature, love and conservative on cash, also I've seen many over optimistic and over committed cases... In the end I moved to a better facility, signed a new lease, with option to rent my adjacent unit...
It worked out pretty well actually.
