I rent one house to American born Indian

they pay rent on time and quite nice.  the house is kept clean. but during they stay, I have to repair dishwasher and dryer, this is a one year old new house.
When lease end, they cleaned the house nicely.  I thought things are done, in the end, I have to repair garbage disposal and change toilet seat cover after they move out.  their 3 year old kids draws on the wall a lot, I have to re-paint later on.

Conclusion, their one year stay created a  lot of work afer they move out.  American family treat house nicer than them.
