I have asked to re-write lease in Apr but he didn't agree. today

I used RESIDENTIAL LEASE OR MONTH-TO-MONTH RENTAL AGREEMENT.

on the form.

1. property:
A. Landlord rents to Tenant and Tenants rents from ladnloard the real proerty and improvment described as "my san jose house address."

B. is empty in form.

My co-work also wrote email to him and told him as she knew my rent was ony two rooms.

I should put two rooms in A?
