month to month lease 但房客损坏了房子,我可借理由轰走他们吗?多快能让他们走?

我租房客是两间房,但合同上我没放"two rooms”,4个月后的昨天,老印房客居然,说我的房子(3bed/2bath single house)是整个房子租的他们 as $1300 (Market price is $2400) in San Jose。昨天,我进我的房间和厨房,他们还要叫警察。我都蒙了。昨天上通知我,让我把我的房间东西移走。我的合同写的是我这个房的地址。我问了他,我该往那里搬家。他们还没回话。我的东西是一直在我的房间,他们居然说我是一星期前放进房子的。我平常是锁了我的房间。天阿,他们敢撒谎。

Also, please consider this a formal request to remove your belongings from my residence.  You visited us some days ago and asked us if you could leave some of your belongings in one of the rooms as you had some problems in your Salinas residence. We agreed to let you do so for a three day period out of common courtesy. It has now been more than a week and you have not removed those belongings. We are deprived of the use of the space. Please remove your belongings promptly and/or compensate us for the inconvenience.
