我有一个同样的case。 BZ也是制造Mold但又不让人进去修，还告到County Code Inforcement。因为是remote，我为此请了PM。这星期一，PM Attorny上了Court。Court ordered her pay the rent she owe on 星期三. She did not pay. Now the eviction will start soon. I am not sure what it will be look like after she leave. I will not let her go easily.
