This is a young family with two little kids(1 and 2 years old).

And from what he implied that he would like to have 4 foster kids(he told me that he plans to put two in one room, and he has two extra rooms now).

Maybe I should put a limit like they can adopt at most two kids. Otherwise too many kids for the house. Especially too many teenagers.
