Did the seller buy insurance for his house? If he did, the insurance company will pay some or most of them(depend on insurance). Call the seller agent. I think (but am not sure) you have the right to suit the seller or seller agent if they hide the truth on purposely, but you need to consult with lawyer first. Talk with your own agent/broker company and real estate lawyer.
