How to find the tenant's new address?

Current tenant moved out without giving me any advanced notice and also casued some damage to my unit. Plan to file in small claim court, but was told I have to provide the current address first so the court can mail the certified mail to the tenant. Can anyone give me some suggestion about how to find the most recent address? Thanks
