Tenant problems

1) The tenant changed the lock of the house, and does not provide a key to us.
2) We scheduled an inspection of the house, and the tenant was not there at the time of the inspection.
3) Tenant does not answer the phone call nor email.

They did pay their rent on time.

What shall we do at this point?
