i had pretty bad experience with them

Made two mistakes in calculations and force me to overpay about $2K, after over 10 communication still not corrected, in the meantime, pretty rude and pushy.  However it happened because they acquired my loan so i cannot get rid of them.  I look forward to refinancing.
