请高人指路！ 请帮我分析我买的short sale到底是否有 home owner title insurance?

我买的short sale 明天就要closing, 我是用现金买房，但从我收到的文档来看，我不能确认我买了home owner title insurance.
因为文档中owner's title insurance to  * paid from borrower's funds at settlement 一栏是空白。我问我的dual agent, 她说我当然会有owner's title insurance,
我问closing officer"Can you confirm that I will get the owner's title policy on both houses which located at ***",
她告诉我：yes, we can not close without  title insurance. I will set you the signing in our *** office on Monday.
她回避回答owner's title insurance.
这是我收到的closing document, 请论坛里的专家帮我分析我到底是否有owner's title insurance.

文档中的owner's policy 是03年的，显然不是我的， 我是以LLC的名义买的。 但文档中的 Amount $175,000.00 的确是我今天下午将要付的钱。 我不明白 30% discount/ residential resale rate and 10% discount/ combination . 马上就要签字画押交钱了，我想请前辈帮我分析我是否有owner's title insurance.

从下面的Settlement Statement 中，Title services and lender's title Insurance , 我付684.36。 但是我需要owner's title insurance, 而不是Lender's title insurance. 1103 Owner's title insurnce to 后面是空白，也就是说我没有买owner's insurance.
