Abosolutely safe and reliable

Fidelty, Etrade, Scotttrade - most companies provide customer services to overseas except China/Russia. I was able to trade with Fidelty and e-trade 12 yrs ago in Japan. Companies sent me all papers for confirmation when I entered any purchase orders (executed or not), plus monthly statement - which were a lot of paper in the mails that were absolutely not needed.
