A guy gradusted from IVY leage with Ph.D in our office with a very low pay of around $40,000 which is less than half of some of the engineers from State university.

 

Hopefully, he has a greadt potential;)  Anyway, the great factor to see you can move up higher and higher is your ability not the name of the school.
