If you are not a real estate professional, then

     NO NEED TO SEND 1099 TO ANYONE.

For those experienced, know-everything, big shot people, if you are not a real estate professional and still want to send 1099, go ahead. But like 悄悄话78 pointed out, please don't confuse people here and waste other's time.

Real estate professional still needs to send 1099 to contractors, attorneys, etc.
