Arizona job market

There is strong job growth in Arizona, roughly five times the national average, but it is almost all in Phoenix metro. Tucson is a distant second, though that makes it better than most places in the US.
Last year, the increase of population in Phoenix is No.1. because lots of people move here.
But a lot of house are waiting for sale now.
