2）most recent 3 paystubs (if self employed, check most recent 2 bank statements)

3) credit scores to determine deposit amount

4) eviction records

5) state criminal records (if continuously lives in the state for 5 or more years, else national criminal records)

 

if any records pop up in 4) or 5), stop.
