想出租掉上海的房子，各位，在中国，如果房客赖账，搞破坏，房东可以kick them out easily? can you call polic to kick unpaid tenant out in shanghai? 

Can I inform the tenant to leave 1-2 months ahead that I need the house back for own use?

各位， 有没有房东， 国内出租不愉快的经历？
