Fed is doing QE4!

1. Fed continue to buy long term T-bond, 45bil/month; MBS 40bil/month.

2. interest rate will be kept low and pegged to unemployment rate. Rate will not rise as long as unemployment rate is higher than 6.5%

Why Fed doing this?
