根据合同上这段话：

If, at any time during or after the Listing Period, the Property is sold to tile lessee named in such lease agreement or its successors or assigns, the Owner shall pay to the Broker a further commission equal to 6.5 %of the price paid to the Owner therefore.

是包括这个租客或者这个租客的继承人、指定人都算。除此之外的其它新租客就不算了。
