可以和租客要一份copy of renter's insurance吗？

有一户租客有两条狗。Pet addendum 有一条是租客要买renter's insurance to cover all damages and liability. 可怎么知他们买了适当的保险呢？可以和租客要一份copy of renter's insurance吗？小狗很快长成大狗了。有点耽心狗咬人。
