The first one is more like a loft condo, only one room (bedroom) upstairs, 1.5 bathrooms. The seller stays it is more sophisticate, faces different clientile, more for "executives".Please do not shoot the messager. The HOA is about $140/mon, covering grond, landscaping.

It might be hard to find.

The second houses is 2BR, 2BA, in good condition, not fancy, HOA about $50/month.

I need a place to live while I want there, no kid. I will drive home when I am not working.
