LLC is not really necessary

The liability for rental home is really not an issue at all. How much is the chance that renters sue landlords? As long as you make sure there is no hazard condition at the property, you are not obligated. Besides, you have hazard insurance that covers liability. I don't find LLC is really useful except for hiding your identity.
