I can not agree with you a bit

I learned two most important concepts from this forum: cash flow and estimating rent when seeing a house. To be proud that I dare to take the risk and was able to apply them in Vancouver high-flying housing market.

If you expect someone tell you to buy xxx stock today, and sell tomorrow, then you will be rich, I don't think you can find such forum anywhere in the whole world.

Nothing is easy if you want to make money.
