benefit people who has relationship with banking industry?

1) squeez inventory.

2) sell foreclosure properties in bulk to friend and family at a little high price than auctioning them off.

3) Inventory shortage --> high market price

4) Insider who bought directly from banks dumpt the properties for profit.

5) Small investors becomes suckers.

Do not know if this is true, but it can be the case.
