房子里的 dish washer 是二十多年前的原装：GE model GSD6660G03SS

房客（说是第一次用后）发来问题："the Cascade packet wasn't dissolved and the dishes weren't very clean". 买房的时候做过 inspection and the appliances should work。 当然 inspector 应该没有 run a full cycle.

请问这个大概是什么原因？值得请人去修吗？谢谢！
