politics is still a hot topic in TZLC after LD decreed an order

Politics are related to TZLC since tax and government policy directly impact our investment decision. I am thinking to move big part of investment out of democrat state and into republic state due to the rules and business related environment. A landlord has to consider the state politics policy for eviction tenant, tax, restriction. Landlord in democratic state has more political risk than in republic state.
