I refinaced three times with them and am very satified with their service.When I saw the rate for <417k was 3.25% month ago, I called them and submitted all the documents. Later they told me that I could get 3.125% with $300 cash back, of course no fee. That was a big big suprise.My case is close in less than 3 weeks.
