People Were Bidding it Up to Market Value

28-unit condo, it was bid up to the price at most 10% off market value.

21-unit apartment, it was bid to the price OVER market value. The buyer actually is paying premium to own it, this is crazy.

Like I said in the past several months, RE market is over-crowded.

It is awfully hard to make money when a trade is THIS crowded.

So maintain your discipline, and wait for another chance.
