小地主上路，总是问题多多，再次请问各位大腕了！

今天做了一个short sale 的inspection,我有以下问题请教：

1） inspector 说需要安装一个attic fan,这是什么东西，需要找什么样的人安装，是电工还是general contractor? 这东西是安在ceiling 上 还是roof上？

2) Attic 内个别木条上有一些白色的东西，我的房检师说是mold,需要用什么来kill the mold？

他太肥，不能爬到阁楼上，我站在梯子上照了几张照片，大家帮我分析一下这mold很严重吗？该用什么方法去除？ 这是一个1700sqt的 一层的房子，the inspector ask for $1400 to help me to kill the mold, is it a reasonable price？ I just think he is too fat to get into the attic, so I do not want him to do the work.
