I think only "Sterling" does it, called Self directed IRA.   There are a lot of resitrictions:

Not sell or buy from you or your relative

Your family can not live in it.

All the tractions must in or out from it.

You can make arrangement, such as fill form for expense, repair, etc, but not handle the money (some one else has to handle it) such as deposit money or receive the check etc.
