I have one refin, almost done, then i have purchase coming. My agent want close refin first, since they already processed the refin. two day before i sign loan doc. I got purchase approve. so I delay a week to open the new purchase escrow. otherwise you need discloure you new loan information. it will took long time to approve your loan.
