同好奇。你怎么买房的？dual agent or 自己是agent?

我最近买了房，自己看的房，agent 帮我写offer，递上offer之后好几天才在inspection时去看过房。后面很多事都要我自己去联系，包括和title company要closing statement. 他有主动给我rebate 0.3%.
